Traci Regis MS, LPC

As a therapist specializing in and living with the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait and neurodivergence, I provide a safe and affirming space for individuals who experience the world with heightened sensitivity, deep emotions, and a rich inner life. If you’ve ever been told you’re “too sensitive,” struggled with overstimulation, or felt out of sync with societal expectations, you are not alone. Your sensitivity and neurodivergence are not flaws—they are valuable aspects of who you are, and with the right support, they can become sources of strength and empowerment.

My practice is dedicated to helping HSPs, Autistic individuals, and those with ADHD navigate life’s challenges in a way that honors their unique nervous system and cognitive style. Together, we will utilize tools like Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing that work with your sensitive nervous system rather than against it.

If you identify as an HSP, Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, and often feel misunderstood by traditional therapy approaches, I provide a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to help you move beyond just coping—together, we’ll work to build a life where you feel empowered, authentic, and at peace with who you are.

Traci is currently only accepting tele-health clients through Spring Health EAP at this time.
