Taryn Osowski, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in MN. Having been in MN my entire life and have spent the last eight years working in rural MN providing in-home therapy to children, couples and families. I have also worked in out-patient settings and within a juvenile detention center providing trauma therapy using the Cognitive Behavioral and stabilization support. Working in these settings has fueled my passion for helping clients improve their mental health in a unique, empathetic, and positive therapeutic experience.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages. Much of my work has been with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. I have also worked extensively with providing support to clients navigating difficult life transitions, challenging family dynamics, and relationship issues and believe that these factors are as important and impactful as clinical diagnosis. I work with clients to create a unique and effective treatment plan using a client-centered approach to ensure that each client receives the treatment and support they need to thrive. My goal is always to provide a warm and authentic space with effective evidence based therapeutic intervention for every client.

I also welcome clients of any race, religion, or LBGTQIA+ identification.

Taryn is currently only accepting tele-health clients through Spring Health EAP at this time.
