Pari Semsar, LPCC
Hi, I’m Pari.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or carrying the weight of past trauma—you're not alone, and I’m here to help.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a collaborative, down-to-earth approach grounded in real-life experience. I draw from evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I’m also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a method that helps clients process and move through painful experiences.
I work with adults from all walks of life who are navigating stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life changes. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults, including college and graduate students, as they explore identity, manage expectations, and adjust to new phases of life. Regardless of where you are in your journey, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your values and build a more grounded, fulfilling path forward.
As a culturally sensitive and LGBTQ-affirming therapist, I provide care in both English and Persian (Farsi), and I try to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.
Starting therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Pari is currently accepting new in person and tele-health clients through Spring Health EAP at this time.
