Megan Lahti, LPCC

Hey there! I’m Megan, and I’m excited to support you on your journey. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, relationship struggles, trauma, and communication skills. Taking the leap into therapy can feel like a big deal, and I’m truly honored to walk alongside you in this stage of life.

In our sessions, I blend dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) with cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches to create a holistic therapeutic experience. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for gaining insight into your challenges. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts influence your perceptions of reality, helping you understand the profound impact of your cognition on your emotional well-being.

I aim to keep our time together relaxed and engaging while we tackle some of the hardest topics in life and work towards your goals.  My goal is to make therapy a space where you can reflect, learn, and grow while feeling comfortable and empowered.
