It takes courage to ask for help, especially in a culture that emphasizes independence. It is my belief that we all need help navigating what life throws at us from time to time. I’m passionate about helping others learn and grow through life’s challenges. I believe the best answers will come through your own wisdom with a guide like myself to listen intently on what you’re willing to share. For 25 years my expertise has been in death and dying, helping patients and families navigate cancer, other chronic and life limiting illnesses, grief and loss, caregiver support, depression, anxiety. I have special interest in: the queer community, geriatrics, ADHD and recovery from the effects of alcoholism in the family. I believe in support, encouragement, education and taking a different perspective on a problem. Know you are courageous for seeking help.

Mary Beth is an independent contractor with RWC and operates as a separate entity. While providing services through our practice, Mary Beth retains full professional responsibility for clients and clinical work.
