Brittni Ingvaldson, LPCC, LADC
Brittni specializes in supporting teens (14+) and adults (18-55). She is passionate about working with individuals who struggle with disordered eating, controlling food rules and loss of control (HAES informed), body image and body distortions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity confusion, life-transitions, college stressors, self-injurious behaviors, emotional/mental/physical/financial/domestic abuse, substance use, family members affected by substance use, disordered eating or chronic illness and individuals struggling with chronic conditions (e.g., autoimmune, cancer, and long COVID-19) and first responder related traumas.
Brittni uses client-centered approaches. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space where feelings of all kinds can be expressed, validated, and processed. She empowers her clients to explore, challenge, and invest in their journey. Brittni also values building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with her clients, so self-discovery can happen!
Brittni has 15 years of combined experience within the addictions and mental health counseling fields. Brittni is a dual licensed therapist. She received her Master's of Art degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's University and her Bachelor's of Art degree in Child & Family Development and Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
Brittni is currently accepting both in person and tele-health clients through Spring Health EAP at this time.
Brittni is an independent contractor with RWC and operates as a separate entity. While providing services through our practice, Brittni retains full professional responsibility for clients and clinical work.
