I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with over 8 years of experience working in clinical therapy, child protection, and nonprofit sectors. I specialize in addressing issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, and other health issues, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My commitment to mental health is rooted in a compassionate and empathetic approach, dedicating time to comprehensively understand my clients' life experiences and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.   • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with the Minnesota Board of Social work
